Cliff Thieme

In addition to having experience, Cliff was trained as an Inspector by AHIT (American Home Inspectors Training) a leading training institute for home inspectors. He is also a member of InterNachi and has completed several continuing education courses through this nationally recognized association of home inspectors. He lives in Grays Harbor with His sweet wife of 25 years, and their 13 homeschooled children (nine of whom he delivered at home). Cliff is a US Army veteran. He served from 1984 -1986 as a combat engineer, driving for the CO and carrying the company colors. He regularly maxed the Army’s PT test and remains in sufficient physical condition to pull himself into and through crawlspaces and attics. He ministers as an elder at Cosmopolis Gospel Chapel where he teaches monthly. He leads a team to visit and conduct services at three local elder-care facilities. Cliff serves his local community as a volunteer fire fighter for District 15. He has spent time in Mexico and India on mission trips and speaks conversational Spanish.

Wisdom is the proper application of

knowledge & experience

As apprenticeships have largely become a thing of the past, we have come to rely on the classroom to teach what was once learned through sweat, hard work, fatigue, failure, and success. Cliff has “enjoyed” all of these and the classroom too. Cliff is prepared and qualified to look out for you in what may be the largest financial decision of your life.
